Within my new role I am required to both prepare and evaluate business plans. This course has enabled to understand how a business plan plan is put together and ultimately ensure that all elements of it are covered. It has taught me to understand the importance of the requirements of an appropriate audience. Furthermore I have learned the key components of the business plan and how each element contributes to the overall success of business plans.
