I conisder this article from my perspective of Financial Controller in the automotive plant.
I could not agree more that the position of person responsible for financials in the company covers loads of subjects in the plant.
As pointed in the article, I observe the same in my business that apart from hard technical knowledge, it is also important to have soft knowledge about peoples behaviours, their needs and concerns.
