Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is concerned with identifying the cost, risk and value of areas of the business. Very often the avoidance of risk can be a valuable asset and prevent loss of business and reputation. The value of ERM can be compared with its share price. Standard and Poor have found that ERM scores correlate with stock price and is a measure of cost/ benefits performance.
