When you look at the article, you find that resilience to future risks is in some ways a conversation about tolerance and realizing that at what limit the business crosses over to a space that is negative. If I look at the business that I work in, this is something that the organization does not actively monitor and that surely is not a good sign. While the business is healthy and doing well, this is the season to draw out those boundaries, address and monitor them

This article discussed the importance of considering the long term impact & not just the here & now.  In addition, ensuring that consideration is given to other key stakeholders & not just the business involved.
